The main restroom has a tall standing mirror, a backdrop, and a baby changing table, the second restroom is in the back of the space.
Kitchenette Space
Place your food buffet style inside our kitchenette which includes a full sized refrigerator, plenty of counter space and even a TV!
On-site Parking
Park up to 30 vehicles in our lot and just walk right in! Its as easy as it gets!

We are an intimate gathering space and can comfortably seat 50 guests and still have space for a dance floor and more!
Its not so large that you feel alone, and its not so small that you feel crammed. Its the perfect space for 50 guests or less.

We have more than enough tables and chairs for 50 guests.
We also set it up for you so when you arrive all you have to worry about is bringing your things inside and start making the space yours.

We have an iPad that’s attached to the wall that has Apple Music and Spotify (both subscriptions), and you can play anything you’d like from our two sound options.We have a Bose sound dock that fills the room with sound and a sound bar as well.

We're all on 1 level, so park and walk right in!

The space is available as early as 9 am and as late as 10 pm.
The end time is when the space must be vacated and not when your event ends.

Keep in mind that we are a family-oriented space, and we do not host wild-style or rowdy events.
If you are serving hard liquor, we ask that you hire a licensed and insured bartender or mixologist.

Not all baby shower venues are created equal
Truth is, some spaces are just spaces. Some spaces aren’t well thought out. Some people just wanted an rental space in Baltimore Maryland and did the bare minimum to accommodate the people that would be hosting their milestone events there. Ask me how I know?
I’ve been a wedding and event photographer for over 15 years! This means I’ve photographed hundreds of events and weddings throughout this time mainly in Baltimore, the DMV and the surrounding counties. Trust me, not all spaces keep the best interest of the guest in mind. You can talk about lighting, AC or heat issues, how the restrooms look and feel, the accommodations, amenities and so much more, I’ve seen it all.
