The front of the studio is 1000 Sq Ft of warm, cozy, and welcoming space. The ceilings are 11ft high with 9 ft windows that stare into the parking lot and let in natural light. The ceilings now have sound dampening panels that add a decorative feel. The front space also has 1 spacious restroom with a baby changing table.

Serving food? Beverages? Or just need a bit of space to congregate? Our bar has served as the location where most people hang out during events. It has 3D design engraved tiles for a decorative look, it’s even been used for photography as a backdrop. Begin the bar is 65-inch smart tv able to stream directly from your smart device to entertain your guests or simply add more flair to the scene.

The kitchenette is available with every rental. Help yourself to complimentary coffee, water, and bite-sized snacks. Need to store food, beverages, or ice? Use the refrigerator as needed. For all non-events, we even provide utensils in case you get hungry and need a few things to get you settled in. Help yourself to paper plates, cups, plastic forks, and knives.

We have 100 chairs, 11 6ft tables, 2 4ft tables, and one 8ft table. Enough to host guests for events like baby showers, birthday parties, and workshops of intimate size. this is not the best photo but it gives you an idea of what’s available and how other guests have used the space in the past.

During the 1st Quarter of 2022, we will have a more sophisticated photography setup, as of right now we have a 7ft white vinyl backdrop and 4ft setups with a few different color backdrops including a custom hand-painted canvas. So far we have taken in over 20 photoshoots from maternity sessions to surprise proposals.

We have a freshly repaved 30 spot parking lot with handicapped spaces for accessibility. You can exit your vehicle and walk right in! Have to unload a few items from your vehicle? Park close to the entrance of the studio and bring it inside with ease.
