Tables and chairs are included! We even have linens as add-ons and we’ll place them for you before you arrive.

Play your favorite music from our sound system. DJ’s are welcomed, but our sound system saves you some $$$.

2 Restrooms

The main restroom has a tall standing mirror, a backdrop, and a baby changing table.

Separate Kitchen Space

Place your food buffet style inside our kitchenette which includes a full sized refrigerator, plenty of counter space and even a TV!

On-site Parking

Park up to 30 vehicles in our lot and just walk right in! Its as easy as it gets!

  • We are an intimate gathering space and can comfortably seat 50 guests and still have space for a dance floor and more!

    Its not so large that you feel alone, and its not so small that you feel crammed. Its the perfect space for 50 guests or less.

  • Absolutely!

    We have more than enough tables and chairs for 50 guests.

    We also set it up for you so when you arrive all you have to worry about is bringing your things inside and start making the space yours.

  • Yes!

    We have an iPad that’s attached to the wall that has Apple Music and Spotify (both subscriptions), and you can play anything you’d like from our two sound options.

    We have a Bose sound dock that fills the room with sound and a sound bar as well.

    Connect from your own device or use ours!

    Some guests just airdrop their favorite playlist right to the iPad.

  • We have complimentary on-site parking that can fit up to 30 vehicles.

    We're all on 1 level, so park and walk right in!

  • The space is available as early as 9 am and as late as 10 pm.

    The end time is when the space must be vacated and not when your event ends.

  • Our policy is that beer and wine are fine.

    Keep in mind that we are a family-oriented space, and we do not host wild-style or rowdy events.

    If you are serving hard liquor, we ask that you hire a licensed and insured bartender or mixologist.

    All rentals come with full access to the space, all amenities, two restrooms, a large screen TV for screen sharing, a kitchenette area in the back of the space, complimentary on-site parking, great staff with excellent customer service (check our reviews!) and a clean and bright space to host your events and celebrations!

  • Our most popular event rentals are a private party, bridal shower, baby shower and birthday party.

    The space is used for photo shoots, business meetings, workshops, classes, paint nights and pop up shops!

On Average, Our Guests Rent the space For 7 Hours

Most people underestimate the time it takes to set up and decorate.

Below we provide a breakdown of the average time it takes to set up an event with an average timeline collected from hundreds of events. Please be aware that your setup and breakdown times should be included within your rental window.

  • You arrive and unload your vehicle (30 minutes)

  • You begin to set up and decorate (between 1 - 3 hours)

  • Your event begins and guests start to arrive (1 hour)

  • Guests have arrived and settled in, socialize, etc (1 hour)

  • Time to eat! (30 min- 1 hour)

  • Photos with guests, party favors, cake cutting, etc. Usually, around this time, the event comes to an end on the usual 4-hour event (1 hour)

  • Clean-up can be a lot smoother if some of your guests or loved ones help. (Between 30 minutes - 1 hour)

*Please keep in mind that setup time and break downtime should be calculated in the time you expect to be in the space.
