A Photo Dump of this journey so far

We might make it look easy. You see photos being posted and excitement being built. Here is a quick breakdown of the behind-the-scenes while getting Studio 87 opened. I think I’ve done everything but cry lol

• Throughout this process, I never stopped being a Dad, a friend, and a confidant to my friends and loved ones

• I was a Best Man at my best friends wedding in New York, including a bachelor weekend

• Built close to $20k in business credit which takes time and effort, hope to run a workshop so other small business owners can learn this invaluable leverage

• My car almost died on me because of an unreliable mechanic shop, gotta love mechanics

• My son turned 8 and I single-handedly planned and decorated his birthday party

• I went to Florida for 48 hours to document a conference

• Used a laundry service for the first time ever because I was so busy I had no time for laundry

• Had over 20 photoshoots including weddings and events + all the post-production which took me all over the DMV and PA including 2 trips to

• Closed deals for my real estate photography company in New York and in the DMV

• Had several delays.. and still

• Made so many decisions on a daily basis

• Ran 3 businesses as best as I could

• Worked 40+ hours at my full-time job, with 80+ hours this week alone

• Broke a toilet 🚽 gotta love it

• Helped my neighbor next door to Studio 87 get a brand new Google My Business listing, get on Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instagram and got his digital marketing started

• Launched a merch line and made my first sales

• Ran several Ads on Instagram and Facebook

• Installed a 144-inch curtain rod and 6 panels of 96-inch tall curtains

• 65 Inch TV installation

• Got a nice little coffee table and garment rack

• 8ft wide magnetic whiteboard because visionaries need whiteboards

• Purchased my first ever drill set

• Learned how to be handy (I worked every job except construction)

• And had so many sleepless nights, exhaustive days, and broken relationships…

• I’m 100% sure I’m missing some items that deserve to be on this list

Took it all in stride because I signed up for this.

You will be challenged beyond your comfort zone and beyond all previous experience.

But when you have a plan, and you stick to it, it can’t but come together.
